12 year old mini schnauzer pees and drinks a lot at night

My mini schnauzer is drinking more than usual water and pees a lot specially at night, lately she is been doing it in the house over night, her belly is kind of bigger than usual she also for couple of occasion vomited her food. We have checked her pee and there is no blood.
What is happening to her?

Hi Oscar,
We'd advise you to take her to the vet to get checked out.
She may have diabetes or a kidney problem, or it might be nothing much, best to get her checked.
