2 Year Old Mini Schnauzer

Darby is my first dog. She is a parti, black/white mix. I am concerned that she seems to be sleeping a lot this summer. I have lots of fans on in my home, but no air conditioning. She has been sleeping most of the day for the past week or so. Is this normal? I do realize that behaviors of a dog changes as they get older. I am concerned.
