9 month old Max

He is fully house trained and an absolute star, however he still wakes early hours of the morning and needs letting out for a wee.

He comes in from garden and goes straight back to bed, I thought we had broken the regime but the last 3 nights he has needed to go out between 2am-3am.

I walk him last thing before bed, any ideas on what else might stop this habit.
