Sensitive are
by: Linda and Max

Just a further comment after Michele and the second contribution. I agree, the anal area is a very sensitive one for schnauzers. Max has a docked tail, being 11 years old now and if the lead accidentally touches his bottom on a walk, he stops dead like somebody has applied an emergency brake! I have to move the lead away from his bottom before he will take another step!

Sitting down while on her walk.
by: Anonymous

Oh that is something bothering her. Our mini Schnauzer does that when he has something sticking to his hair, or plant twigs stuck between his legs and I have to walk all the way back to remove whatever before he wi walk. Obviously there is nothing visible to you so I wouldn't let it go on too long for your wee darling.

Your Schnoodle's anal glands
by: Michele ( Benji, Rebel & Rambo

Yes Linda and Max are correct she could have a blockage .. Take her to your vet, ASAP, as he might have agitated something and made her uncomfortable and in pain.. Try massaging her round that area and see if she squeals or turns round when you touch her there, then you'll know that something is wrong.. Did your vet express them or a veterinary nurse.. It's a very sensitive area and if you don't do it correctly it can cause a problem .. My vet always does my boys, never me nor the veterinary nurse..

unusual
by: Linda and Max

It sounds like she is in discomfort.
She may just be settling down after having the glands squeezed, or she may have a blockage or some other problem, such as pain when she eliminates.
Was it a vet or a groomer who expressed them?
If it continues for more than a few days, I would take her for a check up to the vet's.
Hopefully it will settle down.
