Dental Cleaning,antibiotics, Zydaclin for pain

Our 8 year old male had 16 teeth pulled, infection had gone into the bone. Started pain medicine 24 hours after leaving the hospital but he keeps nibbling at his legs and body,like he itches. Not going to give him any pain medicine to see if that helps, or could it be the anasthesia?

It could be the anaesthesia.
See how he is in a day or two.
Even with the antibiotics he will be in pain - I would certainly keep up with the pain medicine after 16 teeth out.
He will need a lot of love and care over the next few days.
