fallen in love with minis -home offered, Surrey

Hello,
I am looking to rehome a mature schnauzer having just moved into a house with my elderly parents, as although they have all their faculties they are in need of some help . Upside is they are home all day.
As other family members have allergies problems and own a West Highland I have fallen in love with the character of the schnauzer who lives next door. My family have always had dogs, my parents last dog was a springer spaniel, my last dog was a cocker spaniel. We do feel we would be understanding of a mature dog who may need patience to settle in. We are located in Lingfield Surrey and have garden and there is a nice public footpath walk 200 yards away.
