Fat schnauzer

My 6 year old mini schnauzer is very overweight. We feed her well with good portions. She never gets table scraps and lately has been going on runs and walk. She is still fat, how do I get her to lose weight?

WHEN I STOPPED GIVING MILK BONES, WEIGHT DROPPED. GIVE BABY CARROTS INSTEAD. CARROTS ALSO HELPED ELIMINATE DISCHARGE FROM EYE.
