Feeding for my 9-month -old mini schnauzer

My Miniature Schnauzer is 9 mos old so how many times should I feed her daily? I usually give her 1/4 cup 3x a day, but my hubby said only 2x a day. Could you help us figure it out? Thanks!

I feed mines 2 times a day. She is 10 pounds. in between she has 2 or 3 green beans and some chicken jerky.
