Female Mini wants a good home

Hi We have a 10 year old Mini schnauzer, spayed, female .

I wrote on here last summer with a heavy heart as we love Molly. However due to a change in jobs and two young children to look after we just weren't able to give her the love and attention she needed.

We were fortunate enough to meet a family through borrow my doggy and they have fostered Molly for the last 8 months. However unfortunately due to Molly's temperament they have also decided with a heavy heart to look to re-home her. So, jointly, we are looking for a loving person to provide her with a loving home.

Molly is very loyal, but she is not good with children, tending to pick up on their fear, she will bark at them, which doesn't help the situation. Molly also does not like getting groomed, so someone experienced at grooming would suit.

I really want to let you know that she is a very loving dog, and loves to play games, and loves getting out for walks.

We live in Staffordshire please get in touch if you think Molly would be a welcome addition to your family.

Molly is currently living with me and my family. Nic her owner has recently updated her original post from 29/05/2015 on Molly’s current situation. I just wanted to draw people’s attention to the update as Molly is a wonderful, loving little dog. Unfortunately we have had to make the difficult decision that we are not the right family to keep her as she needs owners with more experience. It’s true we absolutely adore her and we are all so sad that she can’t stay with us as we’d hoped. She has so much to give and will make the right person/couple very happy. Nic has my contact details and I would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Nic and I just really want to find her the right home as she is very special to us all. My mother lives in Northern Ireland and had recently been widowed at the age of 80. Daddy and mummy had talked about getting a dog recently but hadn't got around to doing so. They always had dogs whilst we were growing up.
I wondered if Molly might be good company for her.
How do you think Molly would adapt to living alone with an elderly person?
