Giant schnoodle- becoming protective of patio and me.

Hi I have a 21 month old Giant Schnoodle. He is 80lbs of mischievousness and energy. He has become protective of patio & me; however this isn't with every person or dog.
I have had him in puppy classes & work one on one with a trainer. He also goes to doggy daycare where as they describe it he sometimes loves to much "plays rough". How can I reduce his barking and sometimes jumps at them. Any suggestions would be helpful?
