Help!
I think my white mini schnuazer may be blibnd. He fell in the pool and keeps walking into wealls
What do i do?
Is it common for a schnauzer to go blind?

You don't say how old your Schnauzer is.. but yes it can happen, as Schnauzers are prone to going blind at an early age if they have not had eye tests as 8 week old puppies.. you should have had a Certificate from your breeder to prove that your Schnauzer's parents were clear.. otherwise I am sorry to say that if they are not clear of the eye disease then the pups will get it..and become blind.. Go to your vet and see if there is anything he can do, as your dog may just have cataracts, and this I believe can be cured if it's not too advanced...I have always had Certificates from my breeder each time I have bought my puppy, and all's been well...
