Incontinence in giant schnauzers

Has anyone run across incontinence in intact female giant schnauzer puppies? We have an eight-month-old female that is constantly leaking and will often be found sleeping in a pool of urine on the floor. She’s been treated for a urinary track infection without any relief. The next step would be to get a ultrasound to check for ectopic ureter
