Hi we are looking to rehouse a schnauzer standard or small . I am registered disabled due to car accident last year I can get out I have a scooter to get me about and walk short distance we live near the sea and have some fantastic walks I spend a lot of time on my own when my wife is at work . So have bundles of time ,energy and love to give . It would help with my recover to get out and about I have a good sized walled garden

Very sorry to hear about your accident. A Mini would probably be best for you - and they would certainly love all of the attention and walks.
We don't have Schnauzers to rehome ourselves, we put people who have one to rehome in touch with those offering a new home. Hopefully somebody in your area will contact you if they are looking for a new home for their Schnauzer,
However, due to the current Coronavirus situation, we are not getting Schnauzers that need rehoming as a lot of people are at home and have time for their dogs.
You can also try The Miniature Schnauzer Club Re-Home and Rescue Trust - contact Caroline Wareing on 01242 696 768.
Or Schnauzer Houzer on Facebook, who do a great job of rehoming Schnauzers of all sizes and are always looking for potential adopters.
