Loving family in Hampstead London wanting to give a Mini Schnauzer his/her forever home Jan 2022

Hello we are a family of three, Mum and two children 12 and 8 we have been building out life back past few years after some sad times. And our dream has always been to provide a home to a miniature schnauzer and cat. We got a Kitten for Christmas and now would be the perfect time to have a gig do they can join the home together.
We have loads of love, cuddles and we’re an active family we like walks on Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park all close by. Our home is not too busy with visitors. We have lots of dog owner friends so can be sociable and have a lot of advise.
Live in a two bedroom house with small outdoor space but lots of green space outside. I work from home for myself so I’m in the house.

Hi Sam,
Sounds like a great life for a Schnauzer!

We don't have Schnauzers to rehome ourselves, we put people who have one to rehome in touch with those offering a new home. Hopefully somebody in your area will contact you if they are looking for a new home for their Schnauzer,

Since Covid, we are not getting many Schnauzers in need of rehoming as more people are at home and have time for their dogs. However, the situation is changing and dogs have started coming into rescue centres or are being advertised online when owners no longer have the time or money to keep them. If you do buy online, please check everything very carefully, THERE ARE A LOT OF SCAMS.

You can try The Miniature Schnauzer Club Re-Home and Rescue Trust - contact Caroline Wareing on 01242 696 768.

Or Schnauzer Houzer on Facebook, who do a great job of rehoming Schnauzers of all sizes and are usually looking for potential adopters.
