January 20th 2014
FREE to a good home. Due to sudden illness I am unable to care for this puppy. He is 11 weeks old, innoculated, wormed and gorgeous. He is good on a lead an understands no. He's very loving. Please can you take him? He will come with his bed, food and toys. I live in High Wycombe, Bucks. Tel: 01494256955 Mrs Levene

NOTE FROM LINDA AND MAX:
We do not take dogs ourselves. He is gorgeous. We will put him on our website and you will be inundated with people wanting him. Please make sure you place him with a responsible and good home.
Can you let us know once he is placed so that you don't get any more phone calls - just contact the website again.
So very sorry to hear of your illness

by: Michele

Fantastic news and it's great that he has another schnauzer to play with and chase.. They say " Onced owned by a schnauzer you stay owned by a schnauzer " that's definitely true as I've two..

Please let me know?
by: Sue

Our 9 year old mini has recently gone blind as a result of developing diabetes. We are all learning to live with his disability but would love a little man to keep him in a straight line and away from that random bush on the beach. We live 100 yards from the beach, which all the dogs love. We have a dog groomer come to the house every 6 weeks (no scary parlours for our blind boy any more). We holiday in our touring caravan, so our boy goes everywhere with us. Would your little man like to join our happy home? 07739 403013

We can offer him a lovely home
by: Dorothy

Mrs Levene,
Sorry to hear about you illness.
We would love to offer the puppy a permanent loving home. We live in High Wycombe with our Mini Schnauzer Jack, who will be turning 6 in Apr this year. My husband and I work different hours so one of us is always home with Jack. We take Jack to the park everyday, does his groominy myself, we won't go on holiday without him, we very rare leave him on his own more than 4 hours.

We hope you feel better soon,
Regards, Dorothy

Please let us love him!
by: chris hemming

Oh what a darling dog, we would adore this little chap after losing out Westie before Christmas. She was 14 but has left such a void in our lives not having here with us. We are both at home all day and would not leave this little fellow alone ever. We would just love the chance to spoil him with love. He would enjoy the walks along the river and the preservation meadow close by.

Miniature Schnauzer looking for a new home
by: Lesley

We recently lost our two dogs within a month of each other, we rehomed a jack russell (his 3rd home)) could Bob he spent six happy years with us. We understand he could have been about 14. Our other dog was a Doberman aged 12, Oscar laid on his bed and passed away 4 weeks after Bob. I really miss my boys and would like a small/medium size dog, I was fortunate to stay with a family last year who had 3 miniature schnauzers and loved their characters and temperament. I sympathise with your predicament and think you are being very strong to make this decision to rehome your puppy.
We are a recently retired couple who love walking and are fortunate to live 2 mins. from the park, within walking distance of a local wood and 5 mins from the seafront where there is approx. a 3 mile walk. lesley.wilde@sky.com

Your puppy
by: Jackie

I would love to offer your mini a new home. I live near High Wycombe and currently have a 10 yo Standard Bitch. I have had a mini, another standard and a giant before and am looking for a companion for my girl. We have a very active life style and live in a house with a secure garden.
I would love to do a dog mix with you and you could ask my friends at Stokenchurch Dog Rescue for a character reference for me as I volunteer there. I would be happy for you to visit my home before you placed your pup in my care. It would not seem unreasonable to suggest that, if you would still like to see your pup, we might be able to arrange something from time to time in the future. I would also be happy to offer to foster your boy if that is something you might like to think about.

He's gorgeous
by: Michele

So sorry that you are not well, and judging from these comments he'll be re-homed very, very soon.. I hope you keep in touch with his new owners as it must be a very hard decision, but at least you are putting your puppy's well being to heart.. I'm sure whichever home he goes to you will decide whether it is the right one, especially if they have another dog, then please make sure the two of them get on and there's no jealousy... Neutral territory is the best way to introduce them. On the other hand if he'll be the only pup then that'll be great.. Good luck and get well soon..

Home offered to your Pup
by: Maddies Mum

Sorry to hear you are unwell. We would love to offer a good home to your pup. We lost our beloved mini this time last year at 11 months and our Norfolk Terrier would ensure he was settled and enjoy long walks together.

We are in Hertfordshire.
