mini chasing bum

I have taken my mini to two different vets she moves her bowels fine had anal glands checked they never find anything but at times she all of a sudden cries out at bum runs in circle to get at it also no worms any idea what could make her do that thx Addie

Do you think she is playing or in pain?
Schnauzers do run round in circles.
The other thing which springs to mind - and Max had this - was allergies.
Does she scratch or bite anywhere else?
Max when through a phase of trying to bite his bum because it was itching and the vet gave us a cortizone spray and that solved the problem, it was all down to his allergies.
