My dog has started pooping in the house at night

My schnoodle is house-trained but has started pooping in the house at night. She has a bell that she rings to go outside. This has only been a problem for a couple of nights. She is only seven months old. Any suggestions?

How awful.. It depends on what food your Schnoodle is on and at what and how many times you feed your puppy .. What time do you let your puppy out for last wee & poo.. I feed my boys once a day, about 3.30 pm to 4.0 pm. then they have plenty of time to do their toilet outside before bedtime.. at 11.0.pm, when they go out in the garden for the last time till next morning.. being only 7 months your puppy will need to go out more if it has more than 2 meals daily..
