Pumpkin poisoning

I have two female schnauzer's. They are siblings and have been inseparable since 8 weeks of age. On thanksgiving day they got out of their pin and one ate a rotten pumpkin and got food poisoning . The well sister will not have anything to do with her sister since she got sick. When the sick one try's to play the other one turns her head and walks away. She won't get near her. Any advise would be greatest appreciated.
