Quiet child-free home needed for 10-month-old Schnoodle (mini schnauzer/toy poodle cross) 14.11.17

Quiet home needed for a loving little 10 month old schnoodle. She was poorly socialised as a puppy and possibly neglected so is now very nervous around any strangers visiting her home. We rehomed her and have been working with her and a dog behaviourist for the last 3 months. She is now fully house trained, crate trained and can be left in her crate for 3 hours and overnight. She can walk much better on lead and isn't reactive now when passing dogs/people etc etc. She will need further socialisation with other dogs. However her main issue is fear aggression with visitors to house. She is in a training programme for this but we have lots of children in and out of the house so don't feel she is in the right setting as she finds it too stressful.
She needs to live in a home where there aren't too many people in and out, and where children/grandchildren aren't visiting. We have crated her when children visit but we don't have the space to put her in another room so feel it isn't ideal as she can still see us but isn't allowed out of the crate when children visit.
Of note we have 3 children of our own, and she is totally placid with them. She is gentle, loving and playful when on her own with her own family, enjoying a snooze with us in the evenings and so playful every morning. She now also enjoys her walks on lead (she wasn't used to walks when she came to us at 6 1/2 months). She is clever and picks up tricks easily- she can now sit, stay, shake a paw and jumps in her bed on command. She needs work on recall with a long lead, but is having some further training on this.
We are willing to keep her with us and keep working with her until the right person/couple comes along. However we are now clear she needs a quiet household with no children visiting, and someone who is patient enough to continue her training and accept she may never be a social dog- but very loving with her owner. My email is Tamsinlk@doctors.org.uk
