scab that is getting bigger

My female Schnauzer has a scab that started as a tiny spot and now has tripled in size - no puss, no bleeding just a really hard scab that is growing in size- has anybody else experienced this with their Schnauzer?

Hey, I'm wondering whatever happened to your baby? My dog is about 1 year and a half old, and the same thing is happening to him. I took him to the vet, and the vet was clueless. He just took the clippers and cut off the top of the thing and now it's a big open oozing bloody wound - with a black spot in the middle. I'm scared and so sad for my pup.

My 5 month old miniature schnauzer has scabby bumps on his body,mainly his head. The vet has put him on piriton just incase he has allergies. He scratches him self too. I will wait to see if the tablets work. I really dont know what to think.
