Schnauzer Looking to be Rescued in Kansas

My daughter who is in college brought home a schnauzer. The owners basically opened the door for him to run out.
My daughter and her friends found the owner of "Charlie" they told them that they didn't want him that they want a bigger dog so you keep him. Well as you know college dorms do not allow pets.
The girls did not want to take Charlie to the pound so my daughter brought him to me hoping that we could find him a good home. I already have three dogs and in our city limits I'm at my max.
Charlie is an awesome dog good with other dogs cats and kids. Is there a schnauzer rescue in the Kansas City area that could help me out. I will not take him to the pound!!!
