You may remember that Patricia from South Wales contacted us about Molly, her black standard. Here was her original email:

I have a lovely black standard schnauzer whom I love very much.
However I now have 2 baby grandchildren coming to live with me from December.
I am not confident that she will be ok with them and after a great deal of thought I know that I need to find a new home for her.
I forgot to add that she is 7 years old, 8 in December. She is very lively and is used to a daily run in a park off the lead - usually chasing a ball if not squirrels. She is very loving but is rather highly strung for young children, although older children and teenagers she is used to.
Well, Max and I are pleased to report that Molly has found a lovely new home, here is Patricia's email:

Thank you so much for your wonderful site.
As a result we have met a wonderful couple with whom we, and most importantly Molly, instantly clicked.
She has now gone to a very wonderful sounding life in the Channel Islands.
We are sad for ourselves as she was a core member of our family, but so very happy for her.
Glad we were able to help, Patricia.
Best wishes from Linda and Max
